About my traffic utility box design:

Original Medium:
My passion for art always seemed to be something inherited from my biological family but it wasn’t until the gates of the foster system were opened for me, that I realized the messages I wanted to portray in my work. I’m used to telling individuals how silent the foster system is, like a whisper in the wind. Through my mixed media work, I break the silence barrier and deliver the experiences of foster homes and barred facilities. I use the stories and series not just as a form of art but of activism. Through my lonesome youth of moving constantly and running the streets, I try to make my viewers understand and notice the kids in their communities. I not only focus on the experiences of living in the system but of emotions such as: love, heartache, and feelings of loss within the community. Thank you for your interest in my story.
