About my traffic utility box design:

“Grandmah’s Quilt by Hadassa Rosen”

I created a colorful quilt featuring a chess game, angels, maps, stars, people, and an underground navigation system complete with houses and any and everything I could find that looked vibrant enough to keep my attention. I live in muted color and went against that grain on this one.

The quilt is touchable and the textures vary. Having worked with The Light House and for several years and having to use sign language with a few clients, I decided to make sure persons without eyesight could see the colors too.
