Color is at the core of everything I do. My submittal for Capital Box Art Revival is a perfect example of that.
This new series of work are macro photographs of color made with ink on glass. They are abstract expressions and intended for the viewer to assign their own feelings too. Each time I set out to create, the colors speak for themselves and lead my composition. Each piece is unique and cannot be recreated. Bright colors interact with dark color, in swirling colors and various forms to draw the viewer in.

The Design for my Art box was inspired by the color of the surroundings. Intended to be a little like the child’s game “I spy.” Each side has matching colors that you can find in the background of each side.
